Services & Fees

New Home Design, Drafting of Plans and submission to Council for Development Approval - $4000- $6000+GST, depending on complexity and scope, generally 1% (1.5% for Renovations) of construction cost.

Price includes Concept Design, Development Approval Plans, BASIX Energy certificate (including ABSA Thermal),  and submission to council (Plans & Forms)on your behalf.

Any projects requiring variations to the council planning rules (DCP) will now demand Town Planing reports prepared by suitable consultant/s (not included in Design & Drafting Fees).

Bush Fire Reports/BAL Certificates will now be obtained (where required) from Eurobodalla Shire Council (approximate cost $500+GST)

Biodiversity Changes for Land Clearing 04-01-2018

BASIX Changes now in force 04-01-2018

New changes to the energy rating process associated with new dwellings and renovations are now in place. Expect additional costs for Consultant reports, increased Glazing and Insulation requirements, as well as manatory Solar Electrical Systems as of 1st January 2018.
